Guide to Acrobat

Looking faraway into The Sorrowful Sky

1.   Introduction

1.1.  What is Acrobat?

Quoting the description from Dragon Nest Nexon website (http://dragonnest.nexon.net/) :

“While still excellent long-range attackers, Acrobats give up some of their most damaging bow skills in favor of acquiring a devastating arsenal of lightning-fast kicks and strikes. While still poorly armored, Acrobats are one of the most agile classes, boasting plenty of escape moves that allow them to get in close, do damage and get out before the foe even knows what hit them.”

Unlike Bowmaster, the other job advancement of Archer, Acrobat focuses on close-range combat with their various quick moves and evasion skills. Now, people may think that it is unusual for Archer to be a close-range battle specialist, including me as well. However, after I made my first step in Lagendia as an Acrobat, I found that this class is indeed awesome with their switfness and flexibility in battle style. In fact, our battle styles will considerably affect the skill build that we should have.

As a result, there is no such thing as a definite guide to play an Acrobat. This guide will serve no purpose as to tell you how to play as one, but rather it will discuss on various possibilities and aspects of Acrobat.

1.2.  About the Writer

Arcanima was created back in August 2011, within the first week of DN SEA OBT phase. Since then, she has always been the writer’s main character even until now.

The writer himself is a silent-type person usually, except when he is trolling with his friends. Nevertheless, he is always open with any kind of questions and feedbacks.

In game, he is just a casual gamer and farms only when he feels like it (a.k.a. lazy farmer), so do not expect him to have awesome gears and heraldries. In addition, he is also not a specialist in gear and heraldry build so he was lacking confidence in writing this guide at first.

However, at the very least he will try his best to give you some basic knowledge about Acrobat based on his own experience.
